I find gender studies actually really stupid, something my mom is mad at me for cuz I’m a woman. Men are raped too, men don’t get paternity leave either, etc. What about poverty and racism? What about the fact that our children idolize actors and athletes more than they do teachers? Our country won’t magically improve by making sure women get the same pay. Yes, women should have equal shit. But at the rate we’re going, we might as well take every thing from as many people as possible to give it to the elite class- and that’s just America. Don’t get me started on the rest of the world. I think we’re agreeing here…?
